It makes me feel old when reading a story for school and it speaks of an old research paper written more then 3 decades ago and in () is the year you were born.

My new neighbors just built a wrestling ring in their side yard. Yea for not being the crazy ones anymore.

I have learned that my Demo Project for school is detrimental to my health, all that reading is killing my back and neck. I sit all hunched over because I am reading and highlighting the stuff I will need for my paper and my neck and back are killing me. It does not help that I have a bad back and neck anyway. I just came back from 3+ hours at the library reading about Psychopaths and I am in all kinds of pain.

Today I was given an umbrella by a crazy lady who was chased up a tree by 2 pit bulls.

Yea!!! I found T-moose.

I posted this yesterday but apparently LJ ate it (guess it was hungry).

I need a squid to talk to when I am on second shift, guess I will have to look into which one I need to get.

I really don't even know why I am looking, but I am looking into a new laptop. The only way I will get one is if thats what my parents get me as a graduation gift. I started with a Volkswagen Bug because I have wanted one since I was like 5 and read the book Susie the little blue coop and Susie was a bug but I don't think that is going to work. So a laptop is my next choice. Do they make laptops with lighted keyboards or would I have to get a USB keyboard and use that which to me is silly to use with a laptop. If they do not make them, then one of you needs to get on that so that I can have one. Also what other features should I look for in a laptop, since what I want does not exist. Help the computer stupid.

Today was the day of stupid people at my work

Stupid person # one
--We picked up her dog (for the second time) and it was full of milk, so when she called we asked about the puppies and she was like she does not have puppies so we asked about the milk and she was like oh thats because some raccoons were sucking on her and she developed milk so that she could nurse them.
****I am pretty sure you have to have been pregnant to be nursing, not just have something suck on your nipples a lot because if that were the case I would be in trouble

Stupid people # two
--we get a call from a company that is now in LOCK DOWN because there is a copperhead in the parking lot of the building. No can leave or come to work because of a snake in the parking lot. A incident report is being done on it and everything.
**** no Copperheads in Boone County, it was a black snake that got into the engine of a car,that they thought could scare out if they started it, so I stood there for an hour looking at the car and telling them just to leave it alone.

Stupid person # three
--Someone came in to get a license for there dog and they got license 1666 and refused to take it because she was a Christian and would just pay for 2 license if she had to but she would not even touch the 1666 one.

I am sure there were more stupid people but those three really stuck out.

I am your ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER. I am not the dreaded "dog catcher" or the "murderer" you call me .

I'm not the one who allows your pet to roam the streets, to contract diseases from other free roaming animals, to be hit by passing motorists or poisoned by rotting garbage. I am the one who must look into those sick, pain-glazed eyes, try to remove the animal without causing it further pain and then humanely "put it to sleep" to put an end to its suffering.

I'm no the one who allows your pets to breed, then dumps the unwanted puppies & kittens on roadsides and in shelters. I'm the one who must find the tiny animals before they die of starvation, exposure or disease and as an act of mercy, exterminate them.

It hurts me to be forced to kill hundreds of thousands of animals each year, because of your irresponsibility, I have no choice.

I'm not the one who abandons unwanted animals on farm roads, telling myself some friendly farmer will surely take them in and give them a good home. But I am the one who picks up the frightened animal who waits in vain for its beloved master, wondering why it has been abandoned. I am the one who must help that friendly farmer trap, tranquilize or kill that animal because it has begun to roam in packs with other abandoned hungry animals, killing livestock, fowl and game.

I am not the one who breeds and fights dogs in the name of "sport". But I am the one who fights the breeders and participants, and must pick up the dead and dying animals that have been left behind.

I'm not the one who keeps a pet confined in an area too small-without food, water, shelter of exercise. But I must deal with the irresponsible owner who does.

I'm not the one who refuses to spend time and money to keep up regular inoculations that all pets require. But I am the one who must pick up the sick animal that is dying of a preventable disease.

So remember, the next time your child is bitten by a stray dog, your trash is dumped and scattered, your pet is lost, stolen, poisoned or hit by a car, it is the ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER you call not the--" dog catcher"

The next time pet is picked up, or you are cited for neglecting or abusing it, remember that I am only trying to get you to fulfill your responsibility to your pet, your neighbor and yourself.

Do not scorn me. Respect me, for I am the product of your irresponsibility. I LOVE ANIMALS, AND I CARE

I miss all kinds of things this week due to no computer for most of the week, so tell me people WHAT THE HELL IS UP WITH TOMATOES they are just gone due to some scare and that really sucks when you order a veggie sub from Subway and only put 3 veggies and they don't have one of them.

Here is something I Did not plan on with the new hot tub

So I belong to DVD swap and yesterday I got the first season of Tru Calling (stop laughing) and I am wondering if I should keep it, or burn them all to my Zune and repost it because its like 6 credits that I can get something else with (like Tru Calling season 2). Really I just wanted to post something because I am burning CD's to put on my friends MP3 player and felt like posting.

for those that know me well, then you probably know about Maggie. Maggie is my stuffed cow that I have had since I was about 7 years old, it was an easter gift from the easter bunny (my daddy) and she is named after his prize winning cow that he raised in 4-H (and yes I do know what the H's stand for). I take Maggie everywhere she was in all the surgeries I have had, she went to Australia with me. One time I left her at the hospital and my dad ran back to make sure I got her back. I have trouble sleeping if I leaver her somewhere. My mom has patched her up many times and I am not sure what I would do if something ever happened to her. Any way Maggie lost her dress many years ago and was naked for a while and then I got her a sweater, and then that got lost and I got her a pirate sweater last Halloween but it did not fit good, so today Maggie got a new outfit and because you all love me you get to see it.

I just bought my last text book ever for school!!!! By the end of August I will be done with school and finally have my MS in Criminal Justice!!! After that I really have no clue what I am going to do.
